Some Methods for Prevention & Cure for the Flu

The most probably first line of defense in avoiding getting the flu is isolation. Not a realistic option for the majority of us. Obviously cleaniness is a major factor in avoidance such as washing of hands with an anti-bacterial soap is important.

Another popular option is the use of a surgical face mask, particularly one designed for small particulates that can filter out the influenza virus. A 3M N95 Surgical Mask is an excellent example of what type of flu surgical mask that is effective in filtering out the virus. There is some controversy about whether or not this is necessary or that it will help prevent getting the H5N1 swine flu. I'd rather err on the side of caution in this respect.

There is another method that is little known about and is possible a natural cure/prevention for this virulent virus. It is called MMS which stand for Miracle Mineral Solution. It simple is a chemical compound called chlorine dioxide that is produced from activating sodium chlorite with a catalyst (citric acid). Chlorine dioxide is a well know biocide used in water treatment and food processing.

When it is used as directed, it appears to have the ability to target and destroy any pathogens in the body without any side effects (except for some diarrhea due to toxin purging) or harm to healthy cells. Obviously no medical claim can be made for this product because of FDA regulations, but I use this product regularly and can vouch for its effectiveness.

The most common antibiotic prescribed for this pandemic flu is Tamiflu. But most don't realize that the side effects from this drug can cause more problems and symptoms then the flu itself. I recommend doing a search for tamiflu to see what side effects are likely before administering.

Wearing a mask is not recommended for routine use (e.g., in public) for preventing influenza exposure. In the United States, disposable surgical and procedure masks have been widely used in health-care settings to prevent exposure to respiratory infections, but the masks have not been used commonly in community settings, such as schools, businesses, and public gatherings.
